Richter Advisory Group Inc. is pleased to have assisted McRae Integration Ltd. (“McRae”), in its sale to Actemium, the VINCI Energies brand which is dedicated to industrial processes.  Founded in 2003, McRae specializes in providing services such as system integration and automation, robotic automation, and brewery consultation, as well as guarding and safety solutions, panel design and manufacturing and MES solutions. This acquisition by VINCE Energies is a step forward in growing its business in Canada and will give McRae opportunity to expand its services to support customers across the country.
