December 2016 – Richter acted as investment banking and tax advisor to Enjay Converters, in the sale of the business to Entrepreneur Capital. The transaction was led by Richter’s Alon Wexler and supported by Johnny Di Maria, Mitch Stein and Katherine Borsellino.
