July 2022 – Richter acted as investment banking advisor to Top Marks in the sale of the business to DENNIS Uniform, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital. The transaction was led by Richter’s Joe Lo Dico and David J. Stein and supported by Mitchell Stein as tax advisor and Michael Frankel as shareholder advisor.
Dennis serves over 2,000 schools in the US through its 30+ retail stores and online store. The acquisition marks Dennis’ expansion into the Canadian market.
