April 2025 – Richter acted as exclusive financial and tax advisor to Door Doctor, in the context of the strategic acquisition of Door Doctor by Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners. Door Doctor is a leader in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead doors, loading docks, dock levelers, and related equipment.

The acquisition of Door Doctor represents a highly strategic and transformational step for Sentinel, significantly expanding the company’s footprint and enhancing its ability to service customers across Eastern Canada.

This transaction was led by Alon Wexler, David Stein and Yi Ming Zhou, and supported by George Angelopoulos and Matt Fantauzzi, tax advisors.
