September 2018 – Richter acted as investment banking and sell-side quality of earnings advisor to JAM Industries, in the sale of the business to DCC PLC (Exertis). The transaction was led by Richter’s Alon Wexler, Ian Weinstein and David Stein and supported by Phil Nadler and Marc Yedid.

JAM Industries is North America’s largest value-added distributor of musical instruments, professional audio and consumer electronics products. DCC PLC provides a broad range of consumer and business technology products and services across the consumer, B2B and enterprise markets spanning 16 countries.

This transaction strengthens DCC’s North American geographic presence and enhances the company’s relationships with new and existing suppliers and customers while providing JAM Industries with access to global markets.
