November 2020 – On behalf of the partners at Richter, our team is excited to welcome our newest partner, Karen Kimel, to the firm. Karen joins Richter’s Canadian Restructuring Group in our Toronto office.

Karen has worked in restructuring for the last 20 years and has developed a unique skillset in business modelling & analytics. She works closely with executives, business owners and other stakeholders in assessing strategic options and performance improvement opportunities, as well as managing financial and operational restructurings.
