April 2024 – Richter acted as exclusive seller and tax advisor to Cerco Cable Canada Inc. and 2881403 Canada Inc. (jointly “Cerco”), a leading Canadian distributor of low-voltage and specialty cables, in the context of the acquisition of Cerco by DNA Partners, a leading Quebec-based private equity firm.
This transaction was led by Joe Lo Dico and Ben Campagnale, and supported by Jenna Schwartz and Sarah Benammar, tax advisors, and Michael Corber as shareholder advisor.
