Richter Advisory Group Inc. (Richter) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Alliance Pour La Santé Étudiante Au Québec Inc. (“ASEQ”), in the sale of the business to People Corporation. Established in 1996, ASEQ is a leading provider of student health and dental plans in Canada, providing plans for approximately 650,000 students through approximately 100 student associations and post-secondary institutions in six provinces across Canada. People Corporation is a national provider of group benefits, group retirement, wellness and human resource solutions.

The transaction was led by Richter’s Alon Wexler and Ben Campagnale and supported by Mitch Stein, Andreea Norocel and Jean-Éric Laniel.
