We know that these are unusual times, to say the least, and everyone is adapting to this new reality in real time. As we continue to assess this rapidly changing situation, our collective priority is to focus on our true core value: family. In the truest sense of the word, the health and safety of our clients, their families, our team members and our community is paramount. We all have important people in our lives and those people are at the forefront of every decision we make. Now, more than ever, we hope you and yours are taking care, and looking out for each other.
To help ensure their health and safety, the Richter team will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. We have measures in place to enable business continuity and it’s been impressive to see how our team has adapted to this change.
But regardless of how we work, it’s who we serve that is most important: our clients and community. We will continue working closely with you, our valued clients, to mitigate risk and navigate the uncertainty ahead. While the government has made a plethora of programs available, we know no solution is one-size-fits-all; so we will sift through the details for you. We will work alongside you and together, come to conclusions that will best suit your unique needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any question or assistance you may need.
