Alana Geller, CBV, CFF
Alana has been with Richter since the start of her career and has spent the past eight years in the Business Valuation, Litigation and Forensic Accounting and Transaction Advisory Services department. Here Alana has developed a unique expertise in valuation-related matters including shareholder dispute resolution, succession and long-term incentive plan agreements. Alana spends her time both in Montreal and Toronto, and has become a trusted advisor to a number of Richter clients. Alana is also actively involved with Richter’s community-directed activities, and external initiatives, including Stroll for Kids, supporting the Montreal Children’s Hospital, and Women of Action, supporting the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
Audrey Mercier, CPA Auditor, CA, CFE, CFF
Audrey has also been at Richter since the start of her career. She has spent her time developing a unique skill set that allows her to advise clients on key matters such as financial reporting, GAAP/GAAS litigation support and sees to the application of Canadian, U.S. and international accounting standards in complex operations. Audrey has also participated in financial fraud investigations as well as damage quantification mandates. Audrey supports clients across all divisions in Montreal, Toronto, and the U.S.
Joe Lo Dico, CPA, CA, CBV
Joe also started his career at Richter and developed a skill set in the transaction advisory and corporate finance area, assisting clients with divestitures, acquisitions and financing. Joe then joined RBC’s Mid-Market M&A group providing capital markets advisory services to Canadian mid-market companies focused on transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million. Returning after broadening his experience, Joe will be joining Richter’s VLT team and continue to develop and grow in this area.
