The Canada-Ontario Job Grant enables employers to invest in, and provide education to, their employees and new hires through established training programs and courses. The government funding, of up to $10,000 per employee, covers two-thirds of eligible training costs and training can last up to one year.
This initiative allows companies to create opportunities for current employees and new hires to develop specific skills and increase job quality. Applications are evaluated on an on-going basis.
