Cybersecurity: Are retailers prepared for an attack?

Retail Seminar - Toronto
November 25, 2014 7:30 AM

Are retailers adequately prepared for an attack?

Recent news headlines have shown the damaging effects a breach in security can have on companies such as Target, Home Depot, K-Mart and Staples. The threat is not limited to large retailers. Medium-sized retailers are becoming a source of opportunity for hackers, and are all just as vulnerable to having their data compromised and divulged. In fact, most companies have already been breached – they just don’t know it.

Are retailers making enough of an investment to prevent, detect, contain and respond to a cybersecurity breach?
Join us on November 25th for the first event in a series of four designed exclusively for businesses in the retail sector,
as Raymond Vankrimpen discusses cybersecurity and how retailers can reassess their investment, and develop a
plan to minimize the risks to the company and adequately respond to a breach. We hope to see you there!
